Today Apple’s released iPhone OS 4.0.  This new OS will not roll out to the masses until Summer, but when it does it will enable iPhone multitasking, folders, digital zoom, playlist management in iTunes, bluetooth keyboard capability, and more.
Multitasking is an especially cool new feature. Multitasking means if you have an app open you can leave it open and access another part of your phone without losing track of what you were doing.
The image above shows Apple’s domination of mobile web browsing market.  Having gone from a Blackberry to an iPhone I can attest to the fact that the web browsing difference is like night and day.
The iPhone OS 4.0 is yet another reason I am looking forward to the Summer of 2010! :)
